BALLARAT SOCCER CLUB

Now recruiting for the 2024 season-

Our teams

Over 600 members, 290 players, 17 teams, 1 club.

Juniors

With 10 teams over 8 divisions, Ballarat SC continues to create great pathways and opportunties for our young aspiring juniors.

Each team is lead by an experienced and friendly coach, giving our juniors the best opportunity to grow while having a lot of fun.

We are proud to have many of our juniors of previous years now featuring in our State League squads, both men and women.

BDSA Seniors

In 2023, we have 2 Senior squads competing in the Ballarat & District Soccer Association

Our BDSA senior squads include:
A BDSA Div 1 Mens team & a  BDSA Div 1 Women team.

State League

At the end of the 2018 season Ballarat SC had an ambition to return to State League football.

In 2019, our application to enter SL5 was accepted. Our men finished fifth with a WDL record of 11-2-9, after a strong finish to their season.

In 2021, our women were accepted into WSL5. After some great preseason and Nike Cup results, they were quickly promoted to WSL3.

A word from our loyal members

My four kids have been involved at the club for 14 years. The quality of coaching is second to none. We have a genuine family atmosphere around the club with fantastic people in key rols to make sure the club continues to grow and support ALL of our juniors.

We have a tremendous approach in involving and encouraging girls to play soccer with great support from experienced and respected coaches. The people they have met along the way will be life-long friends.

Ballarat Soccer Club is a fantastic family club, has amazing club culture and is very welcoming to new players.

From the committee always being helpful and supporting the players, to the coaches making every training session and game day as enjoyable as possible makes Ballarat Soccer Club is the best club in Ballarat.

I came to Ballarat Soccer Club 4 years ago looking for a club who would support their women’s and girls teams. Not only did Ballarat help form a new team for the women but they have continued to value and uphold female contribution for years.

I couldn’t recommend a better club for young girls and women to play at, competively and socially.

Ballarat Soccer Club continues to be a pleasure to be a part of.
